Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please contact us to request to have your order returned. Returned orders are at the expense of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. Returns must be received 30 days from shipment arrival date. Our products are sold NEW from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated. We recommend using the manufacturer's technical support services and the manufacturers warranty services.

Lost or Damaged Package:

Seven Technologies' Virtual Store does not hold any responsibility for any loss of shipment due to shipping carrier's mistakes or wrongdoings. However, Seven Technologies' Virtual Store will issue a second shipment, under special conditions and product availability, 15 days after UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx claims the package lost. Seven Technologies' Virtual Store's liability is limited to assisting in package locating, and to provide second shipment upon condition approval and product availability.

Shipping:

We ship via DHL, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders normally ship out within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Orders do not ship on the weekends except in rare cases. However, product demand and availability may extend shipping times. We will contact you if we cannot ship your order out within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends. When you check out, you will be able to select your carrier. However, Seven Technologies Virtual Store reserves the right to use any shipping carrier at our discretion. You will not be charged any additional fees if we decide to use a different shipping carrier. If you have a shipping preference, please contact us to ensure your package is shipped with the appropriate carrier. International buyers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applicable to delivery outside the USA. International buyers are also responsible for duties and taxes that may be applicable for returned merchandise.

Military FPO/AP Shipping:

We will ship to FPO/AP addresses via the United States Postal Service ONLY.
