Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you offer warranties for your products?
A: Our products are shipped with the manufacturer's warranty if available.   If you have ordered a custom built system from us,   we bear the responsibility of repairing or replacing those items.  The warranties are specified in the description, and we abide by those warranties.  If  we end up repairing a system for you, we will repair that system to the state that it left our facility.  It is the customer's responsibility to repair any add-ons (ie. software, hardware,  customizations, etc.).

Q: Can you combine shipping?
A: Yes.

Q: How are shipping costs determined?
A: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your total order.

Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes, from time to time we offer shipping discounts, free shipping, and products discounts. We will provide details and promotion codes can    also be utilized for additional savings.

Q: Can I ship to a different address?
A: Yes, however be advised that we may contact you for verification. If we do not receive a response, your order may be put on hold. After several attempts we reserve the right to cancel your order.
